In December 2016, Washi Power began its self-routine in-house greenhouse gas burn reduction facility, adding 800 square feet of new living space in an attempt to enhance environmental and economic health.

From other initiatives like the Waterfront Association’s Feroze Building Project and Friends of the Earth’s Climate Institute, the initiative received additional support from the Los Alamos National Laboratory, as well as the U.S. Department of Energy.
