.\..\..Note On Central Planning in Western New Zealand County After reading and researching the first two post, I immediately came to understand the importance of central planning which is necessary to maximize profit. There isn’t a lot more “science” than that. The last post states that there should be a ‘comprehensive’ approach to central planning and the result should be what I say is “basic business principles of central planning”.
