Enman Oil Inc A Clean Air Project Oil and Gas, American Petroleum Producers Co A Clean Air Project Overview This is a proposed clean energy energy project. The project is located in a section of North Dakota housing complex on a private land block. As of March 2010, the project was estimated to produce $10.1 billion in annual revenues.
