Barry Fine Barry Fine is an American-born American physicist. Born in Pennsylvania, Fine is best known for studying the development of nanostructures using two-photon non-Photons on X-rays, X-radiation, X-ray laser, neutron-mediated reactions and with materials that feature electric, optical and magnetic fields.
