Strategic Analysis
php?sid=11] JUDP Education SEQ 2018-2020 In August 2017, JUI opened its main campus in Port Royal, Spain. By September 2016, its administration was facing a new challenge. An ambitious plan was to relocate 2,500 units of French French National University (GNRS) Eu/Aac to a new building on Lake Camembert. Following a recent agreement and the final meeting with the European Parliament, JUI was soon in the process of negotiating large redevelopment plans for the new building. The plan consists of transforming the following buildings: GNRS Eu Main Campus C-C 12: First Regent Office Building 13 GNRS Eu Main Campus C 7: Faculty Building 14 Main Campus C 6: Library Building 15 GNRS Eu Main Campus T 7: Middle Main Office Building 16 Special Note: In 2002, the GNRS relocated three buildings: the Faculty Building, Room 2 B & C, and the Library Building. This project also includes 12 classrooms to address the new residential dwelling in Room C 9 & K 1. The GNRS now will not only develop four new classrooms, but also further “renovate” half of Room C 6.
