Here is my answer: I would like to understand leadership all the way by looking at the many things we might gain from the way you describe how you’ve worked. In both cases, you gave us an instance of what each classroom does (which covers all aspects of leadership) and what the impact (leadership) and competencies one might gain from each class would be. In my experience, the vast majority (80-90%) of teachers are very receptive to helping people learn by sharing an understanding that their work doesn’t really matter what their teachers do.
