The World Food Programme During The Global Food Crisis BIRDS 2005 Report, UN-DRG Report and World Food Programme and Emerging Technologies Conference 2010 Background This paper summarises the BIRDS report and UNDRG report, including the Framework D3. By reporting how the World Food Programme has helped the World Food Research Program to survive and thrive, the report suggests possible approaches to tackling a global food curse by 2013.
