The intent of the proposals is to encourage schools to increase their participation in the free and open internet by engaging the use and dissemination of knowledge available as a means of public relations policy. The various proposals should be drawn from a shared understanding of the existing network of art production on a global scale, while examining how to form all sorts of different programs based on the resources available to each of these schools. One way to address these challenges is to focus on some of the best public funding ways that community-based projects can work together toward a more cohesive understanding of these issues, and how to incorporate some of these approaches into the larger inter-fering of life in GDM schools as members of at least a dozen other public-familiarized, non-traditional arts schools (5-6).
