Since then there have been several initiatives through different stages to acquire and manage this large repository in his company. After a few of the efforts of the new partners, the Wielinig GmbH decided to create a portal service to market the JGCL within the global market of research institutions.

Around 2014, some companies around Germany changed their idea to build a JGCL platform which will allow them to access the data found in the IJGCL, as well as to find new data providers working on such an important topic in Europe. Through this information, the JGCL developers will have got some final information on the final project, and will present their results on the platform(s) they need to solve the problem of the missing data, in addition to improving the operational efficiency of the JGCL platform. However, in that last part, the developers decided not to give their contributions to the private market to the JGCL and to the research institutions themselves.
