This is an excellent definition from a marketing perspective and also one which does not surprise me. But to be perfectly frank, it just isn’t true. I will be speaking with a professional from a business/customer service perspective by concentrating mostly on the marketing side. I have no doubt that each and every one of our consumers wants what we have and want (and in some cases want); however, many of my and almost all of my customers have an interest in the quality of an advertisement and how its generated.
