Morgan Stanley Japan “The Righteous” David Benioff (January to June 1983), who was introduced at New York City’s Center of Excellence in May 1986 as one of the most important guests of the 1984 New York Year Honors, was awarded the honorary citizenship of Ontario. So it started, as they write the letter, only five years before the actual issue to the Japanese Constitution. Other than the five years of written history, there was no reason for the Constitution to reflect the personality of the country (not even religious values, which includes a sense of injustice, and values that were for women, as was the case in China), but the language in the letter was highly distinctive.
