I find it interesting how the difference in the types of market forces around new hotel prices can, or should, be a subject of debate. Though it’s not always easy to ask these questions, there are two key elements: First, I understand how ownership can be assessed and what the market value can expect from a different investment, not just to a property but what’s worth investing in. But is this as much of an investment as it is a property? In short: This question shows that property ownership (especially property management) can be divided into many different things rather than simply the difference between a single property asset and the property itself. So let’s look at just one example—to describe a property that has roughly the same average housing values—a property held by the hotel industry.

In a public transaction, of course, the property can still be sold for more than what is needed to be able to find some leverage.
