Emerson Process Management Metran Acquisition – USA Last April, I completed Metran Acquisition, a 10-year-old agency program for the acquisition of 1,300 personnel in over 20 local enterprises. While in the process, I prepared a scenario for management of four U.S.-based federal agencies within the context of the Metran Process.
