Case Study Data Analysis and Development {#Sec1} ======================================= High-quality, self-organized networks between two individuals in constant time (120 s) exhibit high stability as long as the nodes are isolated and the structure is maintained. We describe a multi-step process which is the main means of controlling the structure of the static network structure. Clustering modules provide information to shape the overall structure of the network. We implemented the method and two sub-components, (1) clusters, or components, for the process by which clustering of the network of 1 M nodes is built and (2) clusters which represent the number of vertices in a cell of the network, in order to keep a constant structure. The step is implemented by selecting edges of the cell (for a fixed number of vertices) from the pool of clusters and by computing the cardinality of the cell.
