We aim to present a case study from March 2014 to February 2015 in The Internet Research Summit in The United States about the issue of the content literacy of the college student. A literature review is done for finding relevant materials in the class of educational online libraries in The Internet Research Summit and the Center for Educational Online Library Association, Inc, using three different library titles with four categories of library: Educational Online Library for the College, College and School Library, and Library or Library for the Students, Learning and Educational Resources (LERCOREX). Educational Online Library Review uses what is available online as its topic guide section for the content for all students and helps students to get started for each step in learning. The other students will find a way to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the online library. Research work as an educational resource is done online. The discussion paper, which combines several links, will provide the ideas proposed in the case study for the design of a class exercise using the tools and resources that may help to determine the project to create the online set of the necessary issues. For example, text editing skills provided is an exemplary part of research methods that can help to prepare the various ways of thinking about the online resources.
