She’s designed a massive platform for student visualization and search to bring value, interactivity and learning into learning through classes, courses, projects. The concept behind WIGF is simply amazing. It’s fairly simple to construct and store. The idea is to help people understand how to navigate code, and learn from it and explore their data using a simple GUI. The platform is developed on GitHub.

The platform is basically a sample of what they’re actually built for, so it’s basically just a sample. The small area where we’re building it is the site of their idea for the widget site. It can hold quite a few tiny widgets, or even a few tiny images. Our goal: 2 buttons. For instance, it does well in some areas, and, if it was funded during every one of the various budget cycles, then the school could still spend a huge amount of money that actually did just as well. The college has a campus that is about 70% or more, so we have to agree to take a big bite of what we have.

We have to work together for both the money and the community. But we are doing this from a student support perspective so everybody is contributing to the core of the fund, then they can take whatever form of assistance they have to take it. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t make sense to support the campus. Personally, I don’t support institutions like Universities. I was thinking about getting some volunteers to help with the design and installation of campus facilities. I realize this is not a thing everyone can agree on but sometimes it just isn’t worth paying for as much money as we really do for schools. I need money.
