Embracing Digital Technology A New Strategic Imperative to the Next Generation of Professional Technology In the introduction the introduction of digital technology at CSE 2016, Prof. E.G. Jung was just quoted as saying: “Digitalization is now a revolution in technology that is working effectively to increase productivity and efficiency. In 2010, there were 300 million new gadgets in the world each second,” (p. 5). Prof. Jung also pointed out that the number of uses of digital technology increased in Europe, the United States, Brazil; and also in Africa and Asia.

Digital technology, specifically, technological developments, is something that is focused on continuous evolution of new computing technologies; it is becoming the system technology for transforming and increasing efficiency, productivity and living in the world. In addition, this technological process must support the increasing environmental and economic efficiencies in the drive to increase the competitiveness and value creation of those automotive manufacturing companies.
