Even now, I write about getting ready to work and even more quickly as I discover ways to continue my fitness career. As I sit around my studio, my daily routine begins to change as the day draws near. My head slows as I gain the pace of my daily routines, and I begin to consider my options. As my weight, my body weight and experience begin to change, how can I contribute to the movement now and hopefully remain in tune with the goals and our inner movements are still the same?
