Managing Workplace Diversity Xiang Aboer To solve issues relating to the diversity of the workforce, the Chinese government has decided to set up two committees, the Workplace Diversity Committee of the National Unifying Public Service Committee (NUSC) and the Workplace Improvement (WIP) Committee, which were held with the aim of helping the workplace to thrive.
