In their first week of training they took on the responsibility of giving their leadership services in the next year; helping to design and implement our major software development projects and helping us develop our e-business. They are all very proud of our work and want to wish them the best as they embark on their 50’s journey from design to production. These seven young men joined us when we first started in the industry in 2006. They designed and implemented an e-business and launched us with leadership and communications. Recently they arrived in the US and then work at our offices in South San Diego and Monterey County in Fresno. In San Diego some of our current employees who are still working at our site have had great success selling their products. Their presentations by new recruits/producers have been received on a popular podcast and has remained online for the past year. During the spring we worked hard to hire 3 new recruits of our San Diego office and begin working on our regional programs. During this time we got things started and developed new projects. As we progress our relationships with our young recruiting and management people continue. We are in our 30’s and will definitely contribute some of our i loved this ideas in the next 2 ½-3 years. That will also be the time to see our new candidates who have been a lot of help in this process. By this time we have had a team that is very capable of working throughout the region for our software development efforts and our new team grows into a professional team of seasoned staff and great customer service.
